Northdale Trading's Bud Scully Retires

TEXT SIZE bigger text smaller text

TORONTO, ON -- Arthur (Bud) Scully, one of the founding developers of Northdale Trading, is retiring after 40 years of service in the tabletop industry.

Bud was instrumental in the development of Northdale Trading back in 1984 and helped to establish the company as a premier tabletop supplier in the Canadian market. Since 1984, Northdale has carried many high profile brands including Spode, Royal Worcester, Mariposa, Cristal JG Durand, and Maxwell and Williams. Bud's involvement in the development and sales of these brands in Canada has contributed to the strong growth of Northdale Trading.

Over the years, Bud has watched the industry change and grow. Through it all, his passion and vast knowledge of the industry have been the key to his success and that of Northdale Trading.

Now Bud--and his always happy personality--will be spending more valuable time with his friends, family, and of course, golf.

All of the staff at Northdale Trading along with his many friends in this industry, wish him a long and welcomed retirement.

Bud's the best, great knowledge about the tabletop industry and just an "all round great guy". Nice to see like the great ones, Bud is "retiring on top". Tabletop's loss is the senior PGA's gain, good luck Bud
