NEW YORK, NY - The renewal and sustainable development of Montreal's Quartier Bonaventure is the subject of the keynote address at International Council of Shopping Centers' Quebec Conference, being held June 9-10, 2010 in Montreal.
Lucie St. Pierre, a partner at Groupe IBI/DAA and vice-president of the Landscape Architecture Department for the redevelopment of Quartier Bonaventure, will discuss the real estate development opportunities the project offers Montreal's business community. St. Pierre will touch on a number of benefits including:
- draw of the Montreal brand, which will benefit Quartier Bonaventure
- multifunctional features of the project: business, office, residential
- priority given to mass active transit
- meaningful steps taken in sustainable development
